Artificial coral insert

Question if anyone knows..
So I recently acquired these coral inserts that need some color touch up which I did with acrylic paints now I just want to know should I clear it with a spray acrylic to seal it better. Has anyone ever had issues with acrylic paint in their aquarium?

I don't know your answer, but there are some companies that make those fake coral inserts. Maybe touch base with one to find out what final coating is required to protect the paint and fish.
