I just got in an order from this weekends sale and I wanted to post some feedback regarding my purchase.
First off, I was extremely upset that they returned my emails so quickly and were quick to answer questions, I mean seriously... Who is ready for that these days?
Secondly, when I got my order it arrived looking like this.
Seriously? I was amazed that they had the nerve to individually pack each piece separately and label them in order of purchase, type, name and number of (1 of 10) etc...
Finally, the stew that broke the camels back was how moments after acclimation and placing them in the tank, polyp extension had already begun. It was unbelievable.
Now, I must be honest. I hold high expectations regarding my purchases, quality and service. And I really have to just lay it out there...
