Doesn't look good. 1st pic almost looks like flukes. Have you tried a Freshwater dip? You'll know if it's flukes right away

+1 ^^^^ Head shaking can be a symptom of flukes irritating the fish, especially the gills. A freshwater dip can confirm or eliminate. Use a dark colored bucket. It's easier to see the white-ish colored flukes when they drop off the fish.

Medications work slowly on saltwater fish. Remember to do a water change after 5-7 days from the first dose of prazipro, and then dose again, wait 5-7 days do another water change. Watch the fish's poop color. White and stringy poop is a symptom of internal parasites (worms).
Can you tell us about the tank the fish is in right now? Other fish? Equipment?

Flukes look like this in freshwater:

If no flukes show, I would assume he is getting eaten up by a parasite (possible velvet) and also secondary infections are starting to develop.

Are the fish showing any aggression? Often fish will lose color or change to a very drab color if being attacked/threatened. Can you put a couple of pieces of 4" PVC fittings in there to provide hiding spaces?

It's not unusual for a fish to stop eating for a day or two after first dosing Prazipro.
