i have very high calcium and magnesium and very low alkalinity does anyone know how to fix this

Welcome to R2R! Water changes can help. Also adding alk to the tank slowly will help. How are you testing? How long has the tank been set up?

Agree with above. Small water changes to bring the high levels down, and bring the low alk up.
