Asked for a fighting conch they gave me this.

Does anyone know what this is I asked for a fighting conch and they gave me this I think it's some kind of snail. The body is just as orange as the shell. Looks pretty cool though.

Where are you located?

Closest I got was Triplofusus giganteus. Horse Conch.
Caribbean and Florida.

I'm around the Tampa bay area Florida I've been googling but can't find anything that looks like that.

Horse conch that does look like it. Except I can't find anything with that orange of a shell.

Yes I'm pretty positive that's it and did some research on it and it says that they eat snails. And when they get bigger they eat other conch. This LFS is trying to set me up for failure ask for a fighting conch they give me a conch that's going to eat all the clean up crew I just purchased. But it's also my fault for not knowing what I'm getting or doing research of what a fighting conch actually looks like. I'm new to the hobby. [emoji38]
