So i got this ASM G3 skimmer off craigslist. After using it for a few weeks i noticed micro bubbles escaping from where you put the venturi onto the pump. Im guessing the O-ring that goes around is going bad. So i went to Marine Depot to order some O rings. Which O-ring do i need? What is the volute O ring? Also what is the nylon spacer and where does it go? I havent seen that part on my skimmer. I wish i could find a parts diagram for this thing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Can you take a pic of where the bubbles are coming out of? The volute is the cover of the pump. You should be able to unscrew it by hand. The volute o-ring goes in there. The actual venturi screws into the end of the volute into input of the pump. That is why I asked to take a pic of where the bubbles are coming from. You may have a cracked venturi and in that case would need to replace it and not any o-rings. The spacers actually go on the shaft inside the pump on either side of the impeller. They will wear out over time. I got a used G3 a few years back that I ran on my 75 gallon. It was a great skimmer. I actually replaced the shaft, impeller and spacers after I got mine since they looked very worn. I also got an extra venturi cause my input on mine would always get clogged and was not sucking in the max amount of air. So I would put the clean one on and soak and clean the other with vinegar every 2 months.
