Asm skimmer not working

Does anyone know how to reach them for customer service? I can’t find a number anywhere. There aren’t bubbles in the reaction chamber, and the intake line dosent have a leak.

Is the chamber filling up when you plug it in? The pumps are known to seize.

Yes, it does fill with water

Have you cleaned the Venturi, the air that is connected to the pump side, it will fill with Salt Creep and Cal. deposit and block air flow.

Yeah my octopus does this. If you shut a skimmer down it doesnt take long for build-up to occur inside the venturi tube. Clean it. Turn down your skimmer and let it break in. After a few hours it should be ready to adjust back to normal bubble line

Cleaning the Venturi fixed it.

Good. About once a week, I take my silicone air tubes and let them suck in some water. Mine will fill up in a few months if I do not clean them out.
