Anyone else have this problem..? Went to turn my lights on this morning in the living room nano (13.5 gal rimless) and my baby Picasso was dried up on the carpet.. Only had him for 2 weeks. Got him because 4 weeks ago I went to turn the lights on and found my Davinci in the same condition.. No sign of either of them being jumpers before. Neither time were there any signs of aggression either.. Not even the vibrating thing that they do sometimes. Guess I'm for sure getting a lid moving forward, but losing that much money in 2 beautiful fish really sucks.. :(

I recently had my relatively new Niger triggger go missing. I found it a few days later on the floor. I read online they were not known as being jumpers, but all fish can potentially jump out of the tank if there isn’t a lid or net to stop them. As much as I don’t want to I’m going to make a screen net for my tank before adding anymore fish.
I’ve read many people have it happen with clownfish, but that could just be because of how common of a fish that it is.

the risk you take not putting on a lid unfortunately. you're going to keep coming home to fish crisps without a lid. all fish are jumpers at one point or another and that's why I'll never not have a lid on my tank.
