Assuming this is Cyano? Weird tho!

So noticed that my Zoa plugs have gotten this brownish algae-like lifeform. It only seems to grow on the Zoa plugs, it wont blow off and it stops the Zoas under it from opening.

please identify and provide suggestions…I LOVE my Zoas!!

True, let me let them lights come up and I will take some more shots. Thanks for the quick reply!
 
If it doesn't blow off then it's not cyano. More flow helps eliminate cyano
 
Does it look powdery, granular, jelly? Picture is a little blurred. Difficult to tell much about it.
 
Looks to be GHA, the use of Hydrogen peroxide could be helpful here to stop it from spreading all over the aquarium rocks
