Asterina star

Saw this little starfish. Maybe a centimeter in diameter. Asterina? Should I remove?

Yes, remove. IME they never ate coral but that doesn't mean they won't. And they look kinda ugly.

I have heard some species eat coral but most don't. I kinda like how they look. Is there harm in leaving it in aside from aesthetics and a super outside chance they might snack on coral?

Yup, asterina. Can reproduce quickly and get out of hand

Yeah, a lot is refers stated that they like to munch on corals. I haven't had an asterina since my 20 gallon and then they never munched on anything than. Maybe it was just in due time that they would of.

if you see one you prob have more than one. I have never had an issue with them. I think they are like bristle worms. If you feed them they will come and invite their friends.
