Asterina Starfish (On New Coral)

I received 4 frags, they are NOT in the tank yet (Drip acclimating). I noticed 1 asterina starfish.

Will a bayer and coral RX dip kill them? Right now, my tank is Asterina free. What precaution outside QT would be best right now? (I have 2 QT's, but both have copper atm).

Can you easily remove it by hand? I don’t like asterinas either.

Yes, I can remove the one I can see manually. I'm more concerned about what I can't see (not sure if my dip method will deal with anything else)
