So I found a small white starfish crawling on the wall of my refugium, I believe its a asterina starfish. Only 1 I found in refug, non in DT, should I just remove the 1in refugium or keep it there.

Up to you. Your call. I have hundreds in my tank, don't hurt a thing.

My wife loves them, me not so much. I understand they eat coralline.... We have many of them and don't seem to harm anything.

Different people have different opinions on whether these are harmful or not... I agree with pp that it depends on the color, would need a closer pic to really see.

I had the type with the red/green on them in my old tank, and caught them eating my zoas. See proof here: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/caught-these-two-on-my-new-darth-mauls.120788/

Others have many in their tanks with no issues. If it were me though I'd take it out to be safe

I didnt want to take a chance so I wiped them out soon as I saw any. I havent seen one in a couple months now. Hopefully they are gone.

They will end up in the display over time. I have thousands in my tank with no issue. They will take advantage of dying corals and are always the first to show up to eat it.

I have some blueish red ones....noticed some coralline vinashing, I hate it!!!!! I love coralline. Going to remove all of them. They can go live in my native tank. I won't have them eating my electric blue coralline. No way
