Is this a asterina starfish? It just seems bigger.

Yep, that's an asterina starfish. Looks like it's already fragmenting new starfish... they reproduce fast!

Should I be concerned or can I let them be in my nano?

I had an outbreak of 100,s in my 220g they did nt do anything detrimental to the tank, gave me an excuse to buy 2 Harlequin shrimp, now I have none that are visible.

I dont trust a single one of them especially after one ate nearly an entire colony of my Bab Bam zoa. They multiply like mice and can clog your pump intakes, , get into your plumbing and more
They can grow larger than a nickel (this is the one I caught eating my zoa:

They are safe depending on what corals you keep. Mine only eat one type of zoas and leave everything else alone. But I pull them out when I get the chance and relocated them to the giant hermit crab tank of doom and despair

Ahhh i have been spearfishing for them i have seen white spots on thick coraline algae where they hang out for hours and they definitely were eating it.

After that i kill them when I see them, an exacto knife makes a good spear...
