Asternia Star???

Not sure. I was thinking Asternia Star but it does not have five legs. Looks like three or body just spread funny. And there is only one (that we ever see)

. I thought Asternia Stars came in pairs of 100's.
ID help please.

Looks like one to me. I have seen some with less than the normal amount of legs
