At Lowes Now, nees help selecting paint for underlayment

I have a sheet of Baltic Birch Plywood that I want to paint gloss black. I was recommended to use a poly black paint, but Lowes does not carry it. What do you recommend? Thanks!

You can paint it with standard paint and then apply a polyurethane protective coat if you are trying to protect/seal it. Polyurethane paint just provides the protection with the color mixed in for a one-step process.

ENAMEL PAINT. it is oil based and pretty much unaffected by water. rust oleum sells a can in basic colors for $10.
