I need some good advice! No matter what I do (Water Changes, Lighting Adjustments, Medicine etc.) This just doesn't seem to want to go away. What exactly is it? I believe Dino Flags but not 100%, but whatever it is how do I get rid of it???

Definitely NOT dino's. It looks like some type of nuisance algae, but I've no idea what it is. Sorry. a more seasoned Vet might have the answer.

None of my Algae Eaters will touch it. Nor My Fox face or Blue Hippo. They Would at least pick at it if it were a algae. I seem to have some Cyano in the sump but none in the display and none of this algae/Whatever in the pic is in the sump.

algaefix/vibrant is what id use. never seen it before, if not those mentioned id try some fluconazole

Not neccesarily the case my good sir/or madam/or whatever you pronouns may be these days.

There are several invasive nuisance algae's that "algae" eaters will not eat. like bubble algae, Caulerpa racemosa (Grape Algae) et. another list of 10 or 20 in the hobby.

Fluconazole is worth a shot, but study up on how to dose it first so you don't kill anything else.

I currently Identify of someone that wants a clean reef tank!!!!! LOL!!

I don't think Vibrant is going to work on this. what all do you have for corals and livestock in the tank?
Id still use it in combination with fluconazole. Some bacteria vibrant does nothing, I get occasional red slime in some low flow areas. Maybe he can try chemi clean but I would not mix up to many things at once.

Its pretty harmless if you follow directions when you buy it. never lost a single coral ever, and have used it for years
Could you send me a link of what your advising. I looked it up on google and some pharmacuticals are coming up that dont look like there for fish tanks,.

Chemi Clean does great for the Cyano but doesnt touch whatever this is.

I think its reef flux you want to google, and possibly chemi clean if its bacteria based
