At what TDS, do you change your DI?

I check every 5 gallon bottle when it goes above 0 it is changed. After the second DI filter I change the carbon filter also........

I use two DI filters. Both have TDS probes. When the first canister hits 1 TDS I remove it and put the second on in that position and a new refilled canister in the second position. I always have 0 TDS RODI. I’m in the process of setting up separate Cation and Anion canister ahead of those two mixed bed DI canisters.

You can have 0 as soon as it leaves the unit . But it doesn’t take long to attract anything it can even from the air .
It will not stay at zero as it’s been stripped and naturally attracts anything it can .

I change mine when the colour of the resin changes .
sometimes I’ll finish producing what’s running if I notice half way through the colour has changed .
