ATB drops the ball

ATB skimmers made in Austria were arguably amongst the best ever made. I have a Super Deluxe external, cost a few $1,000. It has run magnificently for over 10 years ... until now. Needed a new outflow ball valve, impeller and motor body ... things do wear out.
Seems that the 'factory' has now moved from Austria to Breclav in the Czech Republic and is run now by one, Zdenek Neugebauer, no mention of Anton Burian, the founder. Anyway, full payment was made 23 January 2020 for all components including freight costs.
Well the first package containing the impeller and the ball valve did arrive but the motor body (EUR 250 worth) in a separate package has failed to materialise and ATB has failed to provide any tracking information despite numerous phone calls and emails ... silence !
Does anybody know what is going on at ATB ... any European reefers here know anything ... or have I just been scammed by ATB !?

They've just stolen my money ... can't get any response including ATB USA.

By the way, Breclav is on the Austrian border and about 10 miles down the road from the old Wearhouse. You bought your product right before the world shut down. ATB-USA did answer you and so did Zdenek. ATB-USA does not ship outside of the USA. As I told you, I had some pumps on order at the same time and the delay due to the lockdowns was crazy.

Ich muss die antwort von ATB-USA an mich verpasst haben, weil sie nie gesendet wurde. ATB teilte mir weiterhin mit, dass es versendet worden war (zur gleichen zeit, jedoch getrennt vom kugelhahnpaket ende Januar 2020, vor COVID), konnte jedoch keine separat identifizierbare versandverfolgungsnummer vorlegen ... im gegensatz zum kugelhahnpaket. 12 Monate später habe ich mich erneut an ATB gewandt und ein motor wurde versprochen.

Ich werde mich freuen, den motor zu gegebener zeit zu erhalten und vergangenheit vergangenheit sein zu lassen.
