Got myself the 60" 4x75W LED & 8x80W T5 LED Powermodule and working on the setup right now.
Anybody knows some tricks to watch for or include in my schedule?

Did some playing around with this and programed my self some custom settings.
Still have a few questions,
1) it says that this unit the T5 bulbs are non-dimmable........... but the schedule allows me too, confused!!
2) the best bulb combo for a SPS tank.

Can't help you, but what made you decide to get ati hybrid? Looking through your build, looks like you were running radions. I'm just curious as I'm currently going back and forth between the two fixture and plan on purchasing one ati or 2x radion within 2wks.

And from what I've read, he 80w are non-dimmable

Correct non-dimmable.

Radions are good LED lights, they give you good color overall and tons of spectrum possibilities.
I had radions for 3+ years from Gen1 up the latest pro's.
Been flowing some German studies and it seems that LED's are not so good long term for SPS, no PE at the under side of the corals as you do have that with T5 as also MH.
Also you have a better growth rate with T5 vs LED.
I have been on both sides and I've seen it.

Thanks, I'm using ati sun power t5 but have considered going full LEDs. Though I may decide on the powermodule instead. How are you liking it so far?

It's completely different than Radions.
But so far I like it.
Looking into the future with this unit, future of a little more rapid grow with some SPS species.

8 bulb, I would do 5 Blue+, 2 coral+ and 1 actinic. Or ditch the actinic and do another blue +. I've been running an led/t5 light for about 3 years and always used blue + and coral + bulbs, and my SPS love it.

Thanks, as of now I'm running front to back.

I might ditch the Purple+ as many backing up your statement.
What time schedule you have them running on as I may ask?

What do you run the LEDs at? Percentage and color please

I run the leds all blue at 100%, red at 25% and white 20%, just use them to ramp up and down.
The T5 are plenty of light for the corals.

hey. Can you send a copy of the schedule. I'm really close to pulling the trigger and trying to understand them better

I watched a friends tank (very experienced) do poorly with mitras LED for 8 months, only to look healthy again shortly after changing to this light. I think you made a very good move.

Guys. How high do you hang this fixture on a 24" tank

I have it 14" above water level.
Might change it in the future but for now it fine.
