They are the same everywhere, I believe.

I've bought mine from both reef geek.com and bulk reef supply. No one local stocks them

I see they run with in 4 bucks of each other. I was hoping someplace might offer free or cheap shipping.

I pushed aquatic to stock some so i think they'll be carrying them from now on. i have some extra lightly used bulbs if you need them gary, 36"

Thanks Cory I need some for the 48 inch at this time. I put the PAR meter under it and it was not good LOL. I purchased the light used and have not checked the PAR for some time and when I did I got around 120 6 inches from the top!!! I think it is time for new bulbs.

definitely time for some new bulbs, I like how brs ships their bulbs; but their coral plus bulbs for 48 inches is sold out just an fyi ;at my highest point I think I was get 450 at my best spot and my lowest was like 200 at some spots. those are just off using the aquatic life bulbs that came with my setup

I ordered 36" from marine depot. They had 15$ shipping for up to 4 bulbs I believe. May be 6. I should get them tomorrow.

I was very surprised to find out the PAR difference from in old versus new T5 bulbs. The light I have was purchased used and I have had it a few months. I figured it must be time to replace the bulbs. It is a 48 inch 6 bulb light. I was shocked when I testes the PAR and was getting 125 PAR 5 inches in the water with the light about 6 inches above the tank. 57 PAR at the bottom. Well I replaced 4 bulbs today, all they had at the store, and checked the PAR again. Well between 475-500 4-5 inches below the water line and 150-175 at the bottom of the tank. I knew bulbs lost color/PAR but was surprised at how much.

Glad it was the bulbs Gary, I was getting kind of worried that I passed on a junk fixture, but turns out I didn't.....not worried anymore :)

LOL I did not think it was the light.

FYI anyone that needs them, Aquatic Marine is now trying to keep them in stock (Blue+ especially as it's most people's favorite). They are very reasonably priced also, $18 per bulb; 24" and 36". I can't remember if they had 48" as well though. Trey said that as long as people will buy them they will keep stocking them.
