ATI Dimmable Issue

I have a 6 bulb ATI dimmable fixture which is about 5 months old. 2 of the bulbs aren't firing on channel 2. i tried replacing them and still the same issue. the one bulb will flicker but not stay on and the other one doesn't even stay on. purchased via @Marine depot but the customer service is closed until monday. any ideas?
