ATI Dimmable problem

Hi, I bought "ATI Dimmable Sunpower 36 Inch T5 Fixture (6-39W)" 2 sept 2019. Now the first chanel doesn't works. It show the percentage number (like 100%) but doesn't work at all. Factory reset doesn't help. To make it works I need the power off/on the unit.

I'm really upset with ATI quality and the expensive light that last only 1y...

How common this issue? Any help?

Power off/on resolve the problem, but no idea for how long....

Could be a fast power surge. Can't help too much. Most computers could suffer some type of damage when that happens. The regular Sunpower is simple and will last a decade without problems. We have to dance according to the music. When you get such dimmable fixture you need to understand the complexity involved with that little computer. Normal.
