ati hybrid settings / bulb combination

Hi everyone, this is my first post on this forum and im after some advise. I have just got my hands on the ati hybrid 8 x 54 version. I have set it up quickly over the tank but im not all that happy with the colours from it. Im running 6 ati blue plus bulbs, 1 coral plus and an actininc. Im finding the light is really cool blue with all the bulbs and leds on and ive had a quick play but cant find a blend of colours that i like the look of.

Any chance people can share some setting for me to try out please?

Hi,

Welcome to R2R! It matters on what you are looking for but I found that coral plus bulbs brought more white/yellow that mimicked sunshine. I am also not sure how adjustable your LEDs are but BRS did a vide on how LED settings could mimic the various ATI bulbs that may be helpful. Best of luck!

I have a 6x ATI, but using 3 ati blue plus bulbs, 2 coral plus and an actininc I have a nice looking bright tank;
So just swap 1-2 blue with coral plus...

I have looked at the brs videos but on this unit you can only change violet, blue, royal blue and white. There is probably a combination and ratio that would satisfy me but I'm not able to find it.

It may be that abw75 is on to something with the bulb combination, they aren't due to be replaced for a few months so Ill probably swop a couple of blue plus for coral plus and actinic or purple plus.

If anyone wants to chime in with their combos and led settings please do.
