ATI hybrid wireless issue

I have ati hybrid light , for some weird reason I can’t access the ati Wi-Fi , whenever I try to connect , it shows no connection, the light comes on with no problem but I can’t access the admin area , I have tried admin for both user name and password, it won't go anywhere, looks like just reloading the page , Ive tried with wired one too still the same issue .
I followed all the steps to reset button but with no luck, really annoying.
Any help greatly appreciated

I have those lights and had the same issue. I could never get them to connect through Wi-Fi. I have to be plugged in

even with plugged in still cant connect to the wifi , probably the power pack gave up, absolutely headache,would ATI sell the power pack supply ? cant find info

you need to move your phone or laptop very close to the signal.
