ATI ICP Results - What to change?

Got my results back, other than salinity being much higher than expected (37PPT) everything seems to be in a pretty good spot. Let me know what you guys think and what I should change.

Came home last night from a trip and noticed some Dino's on the sand, should I follow their recommendations and dose some Phosphorus (Seachem Phosphorus) to the tank? Had an overdosing mishap before over dosing and basically wiped out a bunch of SPS, would be more careful this time.

If the tank looks like you want, I wouldn't think there's a huge urgency to do so. If you are running GFO, you can also try to reduce/eliminate that to get the value higher.

But you said you had Dinos? Have you confirmed that it's Dinos and not something else (easy to misdiagnose that stuff - I've done so often, myself). If you are sure it is, I'd say that following their directions and raising the Phosphorous would be the first step in battling it.

I don't run any GFO, I would love the way the tank looked if all of my sticks where thriving, everything else is happy except the good stuff. Sadly in early Dec I not only over dosed Po4, but did a water change with water that was way to hot. ticked everything off and caused some big time STN. Still recovering from that, want to slowly reduce the salinity to 35PPT for now and maybe do a very small dose (1.5ML-2ML) daily of phosphorus.

I would suggest picking one to do first, get that stable, then retest everything.
If it were me, I'd get the salinity down slowly, let it stabilize for a while, and ensure that I could keep it there. Then I would get another ICP test to see where things are at and use that as a springboard to the next step (which may be Phosphorous - or it may not).
