ATI ICP Test and now what???

RODI water:

What do you think I shold do about the phosphate? Should I stop the GFO?

Also...getting a digial salinity ready to validate my refractometer. It currently still reads correct...so Ima be ****** if its a faulty unit.

RODI water shows high silicates.....but as I mentioned in the OP, the tank doesn't have any silicates...I guess its being consumed.

Still trying to understand what I need to do about the GHA issue and where it is coming from.

I might use less phosphate binder for a while and see if it helps the corals.

Where algae is "coming from" is almost never a useful question. Algae growth is never caused by one thing. It needs enough of many things, and a huge excess of one will not make it grow faster. Take away any one of those and it will grow more slowly or stop.

These include a source of N, P, lots of trace elements, light, space to grow, freedom from predation, etc.

Having enough nutrients for your corals and not enough to algae does not always work out. In many instances, focusing on predation is a better bet than trying to starve it out.

I can't see your rodi icp but the rowa will pull the silicate out somewhat. The siporax can add it also.
I'd be more concerned with the salinity level than anything else i see in that icp

Were you able to view the link to my rodi test?
should I be concerned about the silica in my rodi water?
