Any recommendations?

Looks like my Hanna ULR Phosphorous results have been fairly accurate. I measured .01 ppm when I sent this test in. Looks like my tank is phosphate limited after all and I’ll resume NeoPhos dosing since I’ve had issues with SPS paling. I’m not using GFO or any chemicals to remove it, so I don’t quite understand why it’s so low.

What's in your tank? What size is it? Do you have algae issues?

Dosing nopox will further reduce your phosphate level.

Are you using Marine pure blocks (or similar). I see you have some aluminum on the test. The blocks are pretty good at reducing nitrates and phosphates. At least in my tank

No algae issues in the display. Bunch of hair algae and some chaeto in the fuge.

I meant dosing Brightwell NeoPhos (phosphorous) not carbon dosing. I am using 2 of the large marinepure blocks in my sump which is likely causing the aluminum reading, but have not seen any negative effects.

Oops misread that.... I have the same blocks in my sump, they process a ton of nitrates and phosphates. I was dosing flourish to bring mine up. Now I just dose extra acropower and somehow phosphates stay at .02 now

How long did you dose for?

I dosed a quarter the recommended dose and tested daily until I hit .04 then stopped I had an algae outbreak, maybe I went to quick but it's almost gone so not to bad.

Cool I’ve been mixing 2ml in my 10 gallon ATO water for a couple weeks. It was .06 today so I’ll reduce to 1ml and see how that goes.
