ATI led power module totally dead

Hello all. I have just received an ATI led powermodule 8X54. I got it used from Germany and it was in perfect working order but upon arrival is totally dead. I connected it to the power supply, and it does not light up or give out a wifi signal so I can connect it to my computer. Just...dead! Can anybody help me out?

You'll have to disassemble and check the main power cord connections to the ballasts/board. Sometimes solder connections loosen due to vibration or simply corrode.
