ATI PM ballast out, question?

One of my ballasts went out I believe, two bulbs plus a fan in the same area.
Also the fans aren't being consistent. They sound like a vortech in lagoon mode. Revving up and down.

Pretty sure the fans are on a different electric path or something though.....
Not a ballast.

So what would you do? Is there a warranty?
Checking it out now...

This is a 6x39w Power Module. Received it earlier this year.

My brothers went out on his that was a month old, they sent him out a new ballast....

And the fans I am not sure, I think my brother had a problem with his but he somehow fixed it I will ask him for you tomorrow..

Hey bud, sorry for the late response.. He said he got the ballest threw the company he bought it from..... Not sure if you can go straight to the manufacture or not....

And I was mistaken on the fans, he did not have any problems with them....

From what I have seen it is a pretty common problem IMO.........

Ive had my about 8 months without issuses but have heard of a couple that did but in ever case Ive heard they was taking care of quickly
