I have the 8x54w version and I have found that at night when all T5's are supposed to be off that they are still lit at about 1%. In the 8 tube version I run all ATI T5's but use 2 x Euroquatics E5's at front and back of unit and when T5's are suppose to be off, only the E5's are actually completely off.

What can I do to fix this?

Have you checked the graphs in the software to make sure they're at 0% and not 1%?

Maybe try swapping them out for t5's and see if it's doing the same thing.

I'll check both and see if there are any issues there. Many thanks....

Likely remove the E5's. These bulbs cause all kinds of crazy behavior and I have heard (unconfirmed) mixing and matching E5 and T5 on the same ballast puts extra stress on the ballast. If you are going to use E5 bulbs I would recommend putting them both on the same ballast and see if that takes care of your issue.

On the 8x54 LED PM they are in direct pairs:
1&2
3&4
5&6
7&8

I would be shocked if removing the E5 did not resolve the 1% situation. If you are still having problems, please email your program to customercare@atinorthamerica (dot com)
