This light had a complete rework with a custom powder coat. I also gutted the insides completely and rewired it and replaced all the ballasts with brand new Philips Advanced Centiums which have a 15% higher power factor than the stock Hep these came with. That means that same bulb will be 10-15% brighter than stock unit. I will also include 2 brand new reflectors that have not been installed.
This is an example of the ballasts that are inside.
