Yea I got it, yea its a super blue setting. I've got a local guy here with a PAR meter so I'll be testing out different settings for next week.

So I run the red deep see color and until my peak 3 hour lighting period, then it’s SPS/LPS for 3 hours back to deep sea red

Yea just going to run Mixed Reef for right now until I get the PAR Meter in my hands.

Though I'm very confused, just hit 7pm here. Light Cut off completely. I checked it is in my local time and schedule goes till 22:00 (10pm) Can't get it to turn back on now. I completely unplugged it, reconnected it to the wifi, it came on briefly and then immeditely went off again... what the heck.

Yep. The light isnt' dead either. I ran a "preview" of a different setting, they all came on and did the full schedule, but no matter how many times I save a preset and even adjust the time, it won't come back on now.

Even shows the blue bar as it should still be on, but lights are off.

I had the same issue. Preview worked fine but light wouldn’t turn on even though time zone was correct. Try pressing or holding the reset button with a pin on the black box.

Yea literally trying to find something small enough to press it. Wondering if it was that firmware update that did it.

Yes it was showing the correct timezone. The reset didn't work either. Power cycling it now. This is frustrating...

Pick a new preset and see if it comes back

Reset didn't work, neither did a powercycle. I'm out of ideas. I'm really thinking it was that firmware update. I would have thought the reset button would have taken it away, but its still there.

I've picked every preset, I've changed the schedule to reflect every time possible. So even if it was in a Different timezone, at some point it would have turned on.

I had a hard time after updating firmware also.

I did that, but I think i found out you have to unzip it? then what do you select? I didn't unzip when I pushed the firmware update through, so that may be the issue. What file is it once you've unzipped? I can't select the whole folder

I’m not sure on PC. I’ve only done it my iPhone. It lets me select the file under my downloads.

Running it again on Iphone. Same thing I've already done though. Wow $1,100 light and so far I'm very not impressed.

Ok....I fixed it. Got to be the stupidest thing I've seen. And now I know why I was having issues. So I was doing everything Wifi on my computer. Here's the kicker, you can't "Select" your timezone on the computer. Once you log in it auto assigns your timezone based upon your computers time, which should have been fine.

Once I found that option on the Iphone though and hit apply and it restarted, it turned on. I selected ND as its central time which is what I am, and now its running......Wow that was dumb.

I'm a computer guy so I had 0 issues with mine. Go into the admin panel, on the first page that comes up (use a PC or turn phone landscape), choose "Presettings". Then when you get the pop up chooses "Mixed mode" click next and select about 60% intensity using the slider. Sometimes you have to click the lock to the right to unlock it so you can adjust. Then set light length (be sure to click the lock). I go from 9:30 to 21:30.

Click apply or save, can't remember which cones up at the bottom. You're done and light will come on.

I could always use remote control on your PC if you're still having trouble and help if needed.

Must have skipped those, glad to hear. I run the mixed mode at 70% and mine is mounted 14 inches above water line.
