Have a 6 bulb 24" ati sunpower non dimmable. Reflectors do have tarnish. Case is in good shape. Only has some scuffs from hanging kit rubbing it and two really un-noticeable (one push in, one push out) "dents". Includes hanging kit and selectable Power supply for fans.
Can have bulbs but have unknown age

ATI does not use switches their just power cords once plugged in its on. 1 power cord operates two bulbs one power cord operates four bulbs

I believe it's bulb 1,3 on one and bulb 2,4,5,6 on other
