ATI sunpower dimmable fan won't turn on.

@ATI North America I tried to reset, and factory reset fan won't turn on on all 3 fans. Is fan possible dead? or is it a controller? Also do you guys have any 42" 8 bulb fixture for sale?

Don't they have a 24v power supply for the fans? Have you checked that?

Could be the fans are bad, could be the wires are bad. Not SUPER likely the controller. You could do a test by holding down the three (Left - Center - Right) buttons to run the test mode cycle. See if the fans spin at all. BEST thing you can do is contact customer support at 303-459-211

As for availability, I am rather sure the dimmable fixtures were discontinued by ATI Germany. North American stores only have a few left floating around new. There's always the secondary market.
