ATI Sunpower hanger question

So, this unit comes with a "cable gripper" that you pull the cable through, raising the unit. You then secure it with a screw. How in heck can you lower the unit? The wire won't seem to feed back through the gripper, even with the screw loose...

Dump question, but is the cable bent of twisted. you might try straightening it before feed it through

If I understand the question.... push down on the small barrel on the top of the gripper and it will release the cable. Also at the same time, lift the light slightly to relax the tension on the cable.
