How do I turn the exclamation point off ?

My 8 bulb dimmable fixture overheated cause I didn't have my external fans on that I installed to keep the fixture cool.

I thought you have to turn the fixture off for 48 hours?

I thought I fixed it by turning it off for 48 hours but when I put the lights back on the ! comes right back on. I even did a factory reset a few times and it goes off but comes back on as soon as I turn the lights back on.

The fixture has been running great for 2 years and only overheats if I forget to turn on my external fans.

All the fans are running and there is a lot of clearance where the exhaust comes out at.

Hello Crackem, I will tend to your needs in the support ticket you have created so as not to duplicate my efforts.

Did you watch the video above?

Yes I watched it. It’s freely hanging from the ceiling and has sufficient clearance on all sides.

The fixture had been running for 2 years and all I did yesterday was increase the intensity from 70 to 80pct.
