ATI t5 fixture

they are one of the best T-5 fixtures you can buy.i would opt for the sunpower over the powermodule just for price.i dont see the coral growth/price difference to be worth it between the two.i had a 6x39w sunpower over my last tank and loved it for growth, low heat, and color produced.when i bought mine the largest sunpowers were only 6 bulbs, now they have 8 and i think 10 bulb units.if i ever go back to T-5's i will get another ATI fixture thats for sure.make sure you get ATI bulbs as well, they are awesome bulbs with great PAR and color, the blue+ is a PAR monster.

What size tank did you ave that 6 x 39 sunpower on? I was recommended that light for a a 48 Long x 24 Wide x 18 high tank, by george at reef geek.

I love my ATI fixture and bulbs, a combo proven to grow corals. I have both the ATI fixture and a low end T5 fixture. Even with the same bulbs the ATI puts out alot more light.

I had it on a 57 rimless 36x18x21 I wouldn't use a 36" fixture on a 48" tank but that's just me.On the tank you listed I would get a 8x54,the 6x54 would work but if you want full coverage for sps then the 8x54 is a better choice.

I just recently purchased a 48" ati pm and hopefully once I setup the 120 it will look great plan on runnin a lot of blue as I love the coral pop color it gives imho the ATI t5 fixture is best fixture on market

One of the best fixtures Ive ever owed. Wish I could of used it on my new setup because I hate the color of MH but the 6bulb fixture wouldnt cover a 3' wide tank

i have a 48"L x 30 W x 24" T tank and I run a 36" 8 bulb ati power module and i get great coverage on my tank i am able to grow sps on the side of the tank and i have my fixture about 10" above the water. If you look at most european tanks they go with a smaller fixture than the length of the tank as thhis keeps bleed off of light outside of the tank to a minimum

I have a 6 foot tank with a 6 bulb 60 in powermodule and it unbelievable how well it lights my tank. This is arguably one of the best t5 fixtures ever produced. Just my .02!

I am trying to decide what kind of light I wan't to put on a 30x30x24 tank that I am going to setup. This is one of the lights that I am looking at. It is a 24" 8x24watt, I think that it would light this tank up great, what do you think? I am depbating on this light or a led setup, I am just not sure what would be better.

I had an ATI and went to LEDs,now I'm going back to MH and led mix since I wasn't seeing the growth I wanted.I would get the 8x24 ATI that you are looking at if it were me.You can always add a few 24" reefbright LEDs later if you want the extra pop.

I am looking at a tank with similiar dimensions to what you have, just mine will only be 18 inches tall.. I think im going to go with a good MH reflector with a 20k bulb to light the tank.

i have had mine sunpower 6 bulb fixture on my 75 gal for 6 months and so far i love it
