i have a tek 8 bulb t5 light now looking around today on the web found all the really nice sps tanks are running a ati power light
SO WHY IS THE ATI SO GOOD? AND WHAT MAKES IT BETTER THEN A TEK FIXURE?

Active cooling and individual reflectors. The bulbs are maintained at near optimal operating temp so they put out more PAR. Also, the build quality is very good. The Powermodule is built like a tank.

Well said above. Exactly! Active cooling being the key feature which will extend bulb life.

so worth the money to upgrade to a 6 bulb one and get rid of my 8 bulb tek?

IMO yes. I'm in the process of debating LED or T5 right now and the ATI or Sfiligoi are the only ones I'd consider.

leds ares till out of my price range should i go with 6 bulb or 8 bulb ati fixure?

its 120 gallon 60 inches long yes sps most lps and zoos really a mixed tank
what the differcnce between sunpower and Powermodule?

As I was told by George at Reefgeek, not too much. Extra cooling fan, sleeker design, and about 5% output more than the Sunpower. Everyone who has one says the Powermodule is VERY heavy too (50 lbs or so). He told me that unless I was going mainly SPS in my 180 I should use the 6 bulb. Besides, if you only have 18 inches or so front to back, the 8 bulb may give you a little light hangover.

or i can do this one it will fit no problem 60" 6x80W SunPower T5 High-Output Fixture?

how this one look 60" 6x80W SunPower T5 High-Output Fixture
ati 480 watts better par
tek i have now 448 watts
will i see anything differnet?

the ATI has better reflectors and from my understanding the ballasts are better. If what you have now works and it ain't broke, well, don't fix it.
