Does the tank seem OK?

I don't see anything especially problematic in the numbers.

I do not generally think that iodine dosing is useful for most tanks, but you might experiment with dosing iodine for a bit and see if anything changes for the better.

Thank you sir. Tank has been doing great. Po4 was super high (.4) so GFO pulled that down over a month then I sent off the ICP test.

Iodine on the way, will dabble lightly and slowly.
