I won't be able to help since I don't know enough about chemistry and all that, but I would suggest describing your setup and all that. What type of filtration media you have, in particular. Also, RODI or otherwise?

what is the tds of the rodi water used, or are you using rodi water at all?

Anything metal in the tank? Any white media like phosguard or marinepure?

Those levels are probably not high enough to cause problems.
