ATI water analysis results extremely high nitrates and more

Showing low salinity. Tested with 2 different refractometers at home show 1.025. I knew nitrates were high but wowzers didn't think that high! Salifert shows 100+. We run a 30g refugium with chaeto and deep sand bed as main filtration. Also have 2 marine pure blocks, filter socks and skimmer rated for 500g on our 210 water volume system. We just added fish back a month ago from being fallow for 76 days due to velvet. Could the tank be this out of balance from fallow period? I did continue to feed the corals with reef roids and coral frenzy 2x/week during this period. Any suggestions besides vodka dosing for lowering nitrates? (Didn't work after 2.5 months and created a sludge on top of water) I will get the supplements suggested but what else do I need to correct looking at these results?

Silly question, but do you calibrate your refractometer every time you pull it out? I found I had to with mine, but after calibration it worked well. Eventually I switched to an American Marine Pinpoint Salinity Monitor.

For the high Nitrates I would probably start with some water changes.

Completed a large water change and added a biopellet reactor today. As far as salinity we are on point confirmed at LFS. Not sure why low on ATI testing. Added the potassium and maganese suggested. We think the tin is actually coming from water change hoses as they are apparently nickel plated brass (had to contact company to find out). My husband now switched them out to plastic (took some tinkering as they are drinking water hoses and not a standard size). Couldn't find anything else it could be.
