Having problems with my atk

I originally hooked the atk up to my apex and it immediately filled my sump past both sensors on the atk over night. It send over 1300 alerts in that time. Next I tried to run the atk as a stand alone system and had same results. Not sure what's going on

Anti-siphon break installed in the ATO reservoir above the waterline?

Is it plugged into the Apex or stand alone? If it's into the Apex make sure to plug in the included power supply.

I tried that both ways and both ways it seemed to not work right
