ATK pump won’t turn on

My Apex ATK pump will not turn on. It’s been working fine for over a week and suddenly the pump stopped running. When I go into apex and turn it on, nothing happens and the pump just sits there. It says it’s running normally, but it won’t turn on. Anyone know how to fix this?

Have you checked to see if the power supply adapters connection is plugged into the FMM module? Mine disconnects from time to time as its a pretty loose connection.

Just checked. Everything is plugged in and the light is green. Still nothing.

The light is green because the FMM is being powered by the Aquabus cable. The pmup is powered by the 12v adapter thats connected to the FMM.

I figured out the problem. I rebooted my internet router and it seems to work fine now. The apex just wasn’t working properly with my bad internet. Thanks anyways!
