ATK v2 help

I currently have the atk v2 stand alone until next month when I am buying the apex hu. I filled up my ato container this morning and it's already dumped 2ish gallons into the sump and has dropped my salinity.

NOTE: there is nothing in this tank currently

I have reset it several time and even after unplugging and plugging back in it will fill up to the top sensor and then set the alarm off. Even though it doesn't need water to be added.

I've read that the Neptune ATK isn't the greatest. Even though I have all the Neptune toys I'm holding out for the Tunze Osmolator 2.

What does your programming look like? I have 2 of these Neptune atk's and they work perfectly for me. Did you use the manual float shut off with it as well?

Here's a fail safe you can program in as well - put the neptune solenoid inline with your water feed from the ATO tank to the sump. program it so it only turns on if the low sensor is open and off if your high sensor is closed.

Solenoid:
Fallback OFF
Set OFF
If Output ATO_Timer = ON Then ON
If Leak_F CLOSED Then OFF - leak detector front of sump (low wall)
If Leak_S CLOSED Then OFF - leak detector (side of tank where all my plumbing comes in and out)
If Wtr_Lv CLOSED Then OFF
If Wtr_Hi CLOSED Then OFF
If Output Maintenance = ON Then OFF

ATO Timer:
Set OFF
If Wtr_vL OPEN Then ON - the ATK kit low sensor
If Wtr_Lo OPEN Then ON - my optical sensor that is lower than ATK - this also shuts off my heater and trips and alarm for the sump pump
