The only thing that moves the slider to OFF is the When timer in the programming being exceeded. Please read my ATK tutorial to ensure you have it set up properly and go through the listed troubleshooting steps to isolate the problem:

I did read the tutorial and everything looks correct. I'm going to look again maybe I missed something and also go through the troubleshooting steps again. I hope I find something. I had this ATO for about two years and never had any problems until recently. I replaced the FMM thinking it went bad but I'm still having to same problem. Thank you I'll let you know.

If you replaced the FMM, are you sure the programming has been set up properly on the new FMM's 24v Accessory output where the PMUP is connected? Replacing a FMM does not automatically transfer the programming. The new FMM will show up as a new module rather than substituting directly for the old one.

Yes the old module has been deleted and the new one setup using the task manger and I made the changes necessary inside the program and add the correct lines as needed

When I turn the ATO back into the auto position the alarm goes out for maybe about 10 min and then turns back on. As it was doing before with the one I replaced

Here are the lines that I entered to program the ATO

OK Here's what I found out. My pmup was operating sporadically it would work and then it wouldn't work right now it's not working at all. I believe most likely this is the problem. I'm going to order a new pmup and go from there. I'll let you know how I made out. Thanks
