I found a great deal on Atlantic blue tangs if anyone is interested. $25 or less depending on total order size. Time is of the essence.

If my tank were ready I'd jump on this with you! Good to see another reefer in Griswold though! I'm just about ready to start cycling my tank maybe in the next couple weeks.

Welcome aboard. Is this your first saltwater tank?

Thanks! It's not my first, but it's been a good 10+ years probably. I lost my first tank to a hurricane and no power for a week. Learned that lesson the hard way, and bought a generator last week. I've been doing African Cichlids the past couple of years, but as everyone knows, once owning a reef, you'll eventually go back LOL. Taking a stab at using the zeovit system, not sure if anyone here is using it or not, but seeing the results with SPS I had to give it a try.

Cool I've been running a pretty basic soft coral tank for awhile now. What size tank? Kurt.

Its a Red Sea Max S 500. I think the total volume is around 130 gallons or so. Sorry to hijack your thread also. :-(

That should look great when you got it up and running

They get big an aggressive....
I never had any issues with aggression, at least not to the point of any fish being injured. The key is making sure you overstock & over filter the tank, and not to put males of the same species so they don't have to battle for breeding rights.
