Atlantic scientific probes for arduino reef controller build

Hey guys, I'm in the very beginning stages of my arduino based reef controller build and am getting very excited, I will be using the arduino to monitor Ph, temp, ORP, dissolved oxygen and water level for an ATO As well as having it control things like dosing pumps led lighting and a few other features "I will do a pic heavy and detailed DIY thread along the way"
However I have a question about my probes, I was looking at ordering the Atlantic scientific probes as they seem like a great set of lab grade probes and I was curious if anyone has ever used these probes or knows someone who is/has used them and if you guys could give me some feedback on them before I drop a few hundred dollars on them
This is the probe "kit" I was looking to order, and while it isn't exactly cheap I don't mind spending money on a quality set of probes since these being accurate is extremely important to me because I will be using there readings to control other items in order to keep the tank balanced

I have used them and they work but you need to understand programming serial communications in order to talk to them.
You will need to write a significant amount of software in order to read them and calibrate them. They are not plug-n-play.

I understand they're not going to be "plug & play" but I plan on going all out with my arduino build
