Atlantik V4 app Problems

I’ve got an Orphek V4 and am using the app. Gateway is connected via WiFi. I have my own settings and program set up and saved. However, every morning the lighting schedule reverts back to a default program “slow acclimation”. My own personal program is still there but reverts back to “unnamed program” even though I have named it my own name. I always click “save” and a box pops up “command sent” when renaming and resetting my program. Is there possibly something I am doing wrong?

I'm guessing this is a new unit.. let's bump and see if we can get you an answer.

Assure when setting, you are in the program and not quick set menu
You can do quick set But assure your director is very close to the unit and the light is named and saved

I clicked program

but it keeps reverting back to Slow Acclimation. I have to manually click slow acclimation and go back to choose my own program. It also unnames my program back to “unknown program”.

Here is the answer I got Hey its not really reverting back to Acclimation mode.

Its only says it is on the app.

Its the app reverting to its default mode, but its not sending it to the lights until you hit send.

Its still on the one you set. I wouldn't worry about it.
