ATO and Dosing From Remote Location

I’m currently planning where my equipment is going for my 265 gallon in-wall build.

To free up space under the display tank, I want to have my ATO reservoir and dosing containers in a separate room. The tubing wouldn’t be longer than 15 feet and would go through the floor into the crawl space and then back up into the sump area. I have a Tunze 3155 for ATO and Apex DOS for dosing.

Anyone have success doing something like this?

Pricey but with either of those you shouldn't have an issue pushing water!

Avast makes great ATO pumps. I use their diaphragm pump it works great. Doesn't care if it runs dry either.

I don’t think the Tunze will have an issue, I was more so asking on whether people ever have their doser containers and ATO reservoir in a separate room from their sump.
