ATO Brands

I have to stay budget-friendly for now and am looking at these three ATO's. Ice Cap, Duetto, and Reef Breeders. All are a good price with sensors rather than floats. It will be for a 1-month old 75g mixed reef. No sump. If anyone is familiar with these, any advise would be appreciated. Tunze not in my budget for now.

You can check out the sumpless model of the duetto.
Im using the duetto and dont have any complaints.
That being said I will be using spectrapure next time

I can't speak for the others but my Duetto has been running flawlessly for the 10 months that my tank has been set up. I have an AIO with enclosed top so my evaporation is minimal compared to open tank aquariums I would think. That being said, I was impressed with the build quality and it turns on when it should and off when it should which is the object.

Avast marine is what I’d be looking into. You’ll be hard pressed to find a more reliable unit.
